How L&B handles guest and staff data in this nightlife app. Last updated September 19, 2026.
L&B (Loud & Booze) is a nightlife promoter. This app shows parties, venues, and experiences, and lets guests chat with hosts. This policy explains what we collect and why. It is a working draft for store listing — have a lawyer review it before you ship.
L&B promotes nightlife. The app may show clubs, bars, and drink-related imagery. We do not sell alcohol in the app. You must be 18 or older to use the app. Promoters mark each party 18+ or 21+ at the door. You must be of legal drinking age (21+ in the U.S.) to drink alcohol. We do not verify age at the door through this app.
Account: email and sign-in with Apple or Google if you choose those buttons. Profile flags such as staff role. Content you send: chat messages, feedback about the app, and for staff, event flyers, lineup photos, venue and experience photos. Device: a local device id used to keep you signed in on this phone. Tickets and door scans if you use those features. If you join VIP, Stripe receives the card details needed to bill the membership. The VIP Pass covers physical goods and in-person experiences only (including merch at nights); it does not unlock digital perks in the app. If the app crashes, Sentry may receive a technical report (stack trace, device model, OS version, and your account id) so we can fix the bug. We do not run ads trackers in the app today.
Camera is used by staff to scan guest QR codes at the door and to photograph flyers. Photo library access is used by staff to upload flyers and listing photos. The Venues tab can show a map of hosting spots; addresses are looked up only to place those pins. If you tap a pin or a venue to open Maps, your device opens Apple Maps or Google Maps. We do not collect your GPS in the background.
We use this information to run the app: show parties, save your account, deliver in-app notifications, let you chat with hosts, read feedback so we can improve, and let staff manage listings and the door. We do not sell your personal information.
Staff hosts can see guest chats that are escalated to a human, and feedback sent from Account. Published events, venues, and experiences are public in the app. We use Supabase to host the database, auth, and file storage, Stripe to charge the VIP nightlife membership, and Sentry to receive crash reports. Those processors see data only to provide that hosting.
We keep account and chat data while your account is open. Staff can delete events and listings. You can ask us to delete your account through Chat.
You can browse as a guest without an account. You can sign out at any time. Message us in Chat from the L&B app, or at loudandboozy.com/support.
L&B is not directed at children under 18. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updated policy. Last updated September 19, 2026.
