House rules for using L&B as a guest or host. Last updated September 19, 2026.
L&B is a nightlife guide and host toolkit. Use it respectfully. You must be 18+. Parties are labeled 18+ or 21+ by the promoter. Drinking alcohol is 21+ where that is the law. These terms are a working draft for store listing — have a lawyer review them before you ship.
You must be at least 18 years old. Each event shows 18+ or 21+ at the door — that is the promoter’s rule for that night. If you drink, you must be of legal drinking age in your area (21+ in the United States). Venues may have their own door policy. L&B does not guarantee entry or verify ID in the app.
The app lists parties, venues, and experiences promoted by L&B. It is not a liquor store, bar, or rideshare. Photos, lineups, times, and prices can change. Always confirm with the host or venue.
The VIP Pass is a paid membership billed through Stripe. It entitles you only to physical goods and in-person experiences provided by L&B outside the app, including merchandise and qualifying door treatment, VIP tables, and other staff-listed nights. The VIP Pass does not unlock any digital content, digital features, digital currency, or additional functionality in the app. Digital use of L&B (browsing nights, chat, tickets, and similar features) is not conditioned on purchasing the Pass. Any separate booking or admission fee is a charge for an in-person experience or entry, not a digital unlock.
L&B may conduct raffles or prize drawings in connection with nights or membership. Any such promotion is offered and administered solely by L&B. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of the raffle, are not affiliated with it, and are not involved in it in any manner, including its administration, drawing, prize fulfillment, or publicity. Official rules, if posted, control. Void where prohibited.
You are responsible for your email, Apple, or Google sign-in. Staff accounts are for L&B hosts only. Do not share a staff login. We may suspend accounts that abuse chat, spam, or try to break the door scanner.
Do not send illegal, harassing, or sexual content involving minors. Do not post other people’s private info. Staff may review chats that ask for a human host. You grant L&B a license to show photos you upload as flyers or listings.
Nightlife involves crowds, late hours, and alcohol. You attend events at your own risk. L&B is not liable for venue incidents, denied entry, weather, or third-party vendors.
Follow venue dress codes and local law. No fake tickets or QR codes. Camera access is for staff scanning and flyer photos, not for filming guests without their say-so.
